CANCELLATIONS

 

All appointments require payment in full and our client agreement to be carefully read and agreed upon at time of scheduling. Please note, all sales are final, we do not issue refunds for booked sessions and readings. We do offer session credit/rescheduling if your cancellation is done 12 hours prior to your session. We also understand emergencies happen, if you have an emergency that arises please reach out to us so we can discuss. Please note, no-shows and clients who habitually cancel will be denied future service.

REFUNDS

Due to the unique personalized care, focused attention and valuable time we put into each and every session, our services are non-refundable. That said, your satisfaction is our priority and we ask that you please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
